ISMTA Store FAQ
I purchased a downloadable product. Where is the link to download?
Downloadable purchases can be accessed either from the link in the order confirmation email, or by LOGGING IN, clicking on MY ACCOUNT from the MEMBER MENU, and selecting MY DOWNLOADABLE ITEMS.
You will receive an email from email@example.com that will contain a confirmation of your order, and (if you purchased any downloadable items) a link that will allow you to download your product. Please check your Spam folder if you don't see the email within one hour.
To prevent your email from filing our messages into your Spam folders in the future, please add our address to your email contact list: firstname.lastname@example.org
I received a receipt for my downloadable product, but I still don’t see the link to download!
The purchaser will receive TWO emails. Your payment receipt will come from stripe.com. The second email contains the download link, and will come from email@example.com. Be sure to check your spam/junk/promotions folders if you do not see the second email!
Please note, firstname.lastname@example.org is not set up for inquiries. If you have a question about your order, please email email@example.com
I ordered printed AIM products. When can I expect to receive them?
Our administrative assistants work part time! Orders may take up to two weeks to reach you. Please allow up to one week for the order to be processed, and an additional week for shipping.
How are orders shipped? Can I change the shipping method?
Orders are only shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We are unable to ship via other methods.
I have my downloadable product. Now what?
You have a few options! You can:
1. print at home
2. print at Office Depot/Office Max using your MTNA discount (most popular and inexpensive!)
3. download directly to your tablet or iPad
How do I use my download on an iPad or tablet?
Writing on a score is a must for music students and teachers! Annotation apps allow you to ‘write’ (annotate/markup) in the PDF using your finger or a stylus!
We suggest an annotation app built for music, such as ForScore or piaScore.
For an iPad, download the PDF to your device in Safari. When the PDF opens, click the arrow pointing up (share), and “copy to” ForScore or piaScore. You can also open in iBooks, but you will not be able to write in the PDF.
I still have questions!
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any additional inquiries.
