ISMTA launched a new website in summer of 2022. Before the new website launched, reminders were sent out to download and save any purchased digital books. If you purchased a downloadable product on our old website, you can no longer access that product. Simply purchase the product again, and be sure to save it locally to your computer.
If you are not an ISMTA member, and had an account on the old website, you will need to create a new account to purchase products. Add a product to your cart, proceed to checkout, and create a new account as prompted.
Downloadable purchases can be accessed either from the link in the order confirmation email, or by LOGGING IN, clicking on MY ACCOUNT from the MEMBER MENU, and selecting MY DOWNLOADABLE ITEMS.
You will receive an email from store@ismta.org that will contain a confirmation of your order, and (if you purchased any downloadable items) a link that will allow you to download your product. Please check your Spam folder if you don’t see the email within one hour.
To prevent your email from filing our messages into your Spam folders in the future, please add our address to your email contact list: store@ismta.org
The email contains the download link, and will come from store@ismta.org. Be sure to check your spam/junk/promotions folders if you do not see the second email!

ATTENTION HOTMAIL USERS: There are known issues with users receiving emails from ismta.org to hotmail accounts. Occassionally, hotmail blocks emails from certain domains, and those emails do not even show up in your junk or spam folders. If you do not receive downloadable products to your hotmail address, please contact us.
Our administrative assistants work part time! Orders may take up to two weeks to reach you. Please allow up to one week for the order to be processed, and an additional week for shipping.
Orders are only shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We are unable to ship via other methods.
You have a few options! You can:
1. print at home
2. print at Office Depot/Office Max using your MTNA discount (most popular and inexpensive!)
3. download directly to your tablet or iPad
Anyone can order AIM materials found in our store. New customers will need to create an account to access digitial downloads.
We are currently unable to offer refunds, exchanges or credits for items purchased in our store, including both print and digital items.
